Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”), which govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may appear elsewhere on our website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Prior to Proof Being Sent: If you cancel your order before a proof has been sent, a cancellation fee of $10.00 will apply.
After Proof is Sent but Before Approval: If you cancel your order after a proof has been sent but before your approval, a cancellation fee of $25.00 will apply.
After Customer Approval: Once you have approved the proof, the order is final, and no refunds will be issued.
Refunds: All refunds will be provided as in-house credit for future orders.
2. General Information
Original Media: Any original media provided to us (discs, pictures, slides, proofs, etc.) become the property of Tgmprint unless prior arrangements are made.
Preferred File Types: Our preferred file format is Adobe PDF. We also accept files from applications such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and others. For best results, all rasterized files should be converted to CMYK. All fonts must be included or embedded, and images should be flattened in TIFF or EPS format.
File Compatibility: Additional charges may apply if provided files are incompatible with our software. We cannot guarantee consistent results if files are generated by applications like Microsoft Publisher.
Proof Approval: Turnaround time begins after we receive your final proof approval in written form. Verbal approvals are not accepted.
Quantity Variance: Due to the nature of the printing process, a variance of up to ±5% in the final quantity is considered acceptable.
Pricing: Quoted prices do not include shipping, handling, or sales taxes (if applicable) and are subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon acceptance of the order. Orders above $200 require a 50% deposit before production begins. Unless other payment terms have been arranged and your account is up to date, your credit card will be charged upon order placement.
3. Color Proof Accuracy
Please note that although color proofs supplied to you are highly calibrated and very accurate, they cannot match the final printed product exactly. This is due to differences in printing processes, materials, and equipment. Customer-supplied proofs may not closely match our proofs or the final printed piece for the same reasons.
4. Right of Refusal
Tgmprint reserves the right to refuse service or products to any individual or organization at our discretion.
5. Turnaround Time and Delivery
Turnaround Options: We offer various turnaround times to suit your needs, ranging from same-day printing up to two business days. Expedited services are available for an additional charge.
Delivery Options: Delivery methods are selected by you at the time of order, utilizing services such as FedEx with options from next-day delivery to ground shipping. Delivery costs depend on the method chosen.
Delays: If your order experiences a delay beyond the estimated turnaround time, we will offer compensation in the form of bonus credits or additional quantities of the ordered product, based on your preference.
Turnaround Time Disclaimer: While we strive to meet all turnaround times, unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances may cause delays. Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees.
6. Proprietary Rights
All content on our website—including text, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, graphics, music, sounds, video clips, typefaces, software, and other materials (collectively “Content”)—is the property of Tgmprint or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property rights. These rights are valid and protected in all forms, media, and technologies existing now or developed in the future.
You may not copy, modify, remove, delete, augment, add to, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, lease, or rental of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, without express written permission from Tgmprint.
7. Use of Our Website
Personal Use: Our website and its Content are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may download or copy the Content and other downloadable materials displayed on the website for personal use only, provided you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of our website.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, reflecting as closely as possible the original intent. All other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between you and Tgmprint regarding the subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.
Admissibility of Electronic Records: A printed version of this Agreement and any electronic notice or communication shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings to the same extent and under the same conditions as other business documents originally generated and maintained in printed form.
